The Journal of New Business Ideas and Trends (JNBIT) welcomes complaints regarding editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, or journal procedures. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and without discrimination, following the principles of COPE.
Authors who believe that a manuscript was rejected unfairly may submit a written appeal with a clear justification and supporting evidence. The Editor-in-Chief or an independent editorial representative will review the appeal, and the final decision will be communicated to the author after careful evaluation.
All complaints and appeals are investigated objectively and resolved as promptly as possible. JNBIT is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and integrity throughout the editorial and publication process in accordance with COPE best practice guidelines.
